Vlez do zložky \cstrike\resource, nájdi tam súbor GameMenu.res, otvor ho v poznámkovom bloku a to čo tam máš prepíš týmto:

Že nevie nikto iný pomôcť tak si zaslúžime tam mať svoje servery...
Tie odkazy ta rovno pripoja na naše servery.
Uložiť, pravým click na GameMenu.res, vlastnosti a zaškrtnúť "len na čítanie". Už ti to žiadny server nezmení.
Doporučujem ti stiahnuť si nový súbor config.cfg a dať ho do zložky \cstrike, prepísať pôvodný súbor (ten si pre istotu zálohuj). Nanovo si nadstav options a tiež by mohol fungovať pravý klik ,vlastnosti a "len na čítanie". Nie som si istý či to funguje ale teoreticky by ti tiež nemal server už pozmeniť config.
